You are being addressed regarding the updating of the school's website. We are living in the 21st century, and as such, to move forward without keeping up with the technological world is an impossibility. To this end, it is imperative that we, as the individuals responsible for their future, provide our students with adequate technological know-how to enrich their futures. Even today, the crisis of illiteracy looms over our society. We must not let our children be among those who will lack the essential knowledge on Information Communication Technology in tomorrow's world.

We have been graciously provided with the necessary facilities by the government, and commendably, our ICT teachers have taken the initiative in training the students in this regard.

It is also with great pride that I reveal that the new website launching today has been made by our very own students. This will be a great encouragement to all Siddharthians. Furthermore, our very own සිදුහත් e-පාසල YouTube channel has proven to be a great boon for our students seeking knowledge. Their remarkable examination scores bear witness to that.

The computer lab of 40 computers, the language laboratory of 20 computers mathematics laboratory නැණස and smart class rooms are what has allowed us to accomplish a feat of this calibre.

And so, we now pass the baton to our students. It is their responsibility to make the most of what they have been given and to acquire the necessary knowledge of Information Communication Technology needed for the future.

May our students thrive and remain strong in the technological world of tomorrow.
